The Junior Achievement office in Mankato coordinates JA programs, development and marketing for the communities Mankato, New Ulm, Hutchinson and Owatonna.  Combined, these four communities and the smaller communities that surround them reach 11,000+ students through traditional, capstone and career expo programming.  Each of the areas is led by a board of directors that work to ensure successful delivery of JA programs to area students and assist in development efforts.

Funding for these programs comes from local businesses, foundations, individuals and special events.  Mankato holds an annual golf marathon each May and a BigBOWL in March.  New Ulm hosts an annual bigBOWL fundraiser in March for JA programming.
