Process business loans and business deposits for all businesses.  Manages checking deposits for each student twice daily, savings deposits for each student once daily, and receipt of cash back.

Creates business and personal web pages, prepares business forms, and utilizes technology and business supplies to create retails items for individual consumers.  The business service center may also sell post-it notes and other business supplies.

Serves as location where citizens, teachers and volunteers eat lunch and enjoy a mid day snack.  The Cafe serves cold drinks and popcorn.

Provides leadership and example of good citizenship to JA BizTown community.  Oversees voting, town meetings, tax collection, monitors safety and recycling, promotes and collects funds to support a local non-profit organization, and executes legal forms and casework.

Plans and completes quality building projects for business customers and for the improvement of JA BizTown.  Some of the projects include:  constructing shelving units, putting together a park bench for Town Square, and taking measurements for new doors and blinds for the businesses of JA BizTown.

Provides opportunity for consumers to participate in experiments and sells experiences and retails items to individual consumers.  Some of the projects include:  lava lamps, caterpillar pencils, butterflies, lightning bolt ornaments, and sand art.

Manufactures and sells products representing different cultures and countries to individual consumers.  Some of these products include:  mardi gras masks, boomerangs, ceramic tiles, Chinese lanterns, and worry dolls.

Publishes announcements, advertising and background music over the airways in JA BizTown.

Completes property appraisals for each business, collects rent payments, processes insurance claims, and provides utility service to all businesses.

Coordinates and sells health insurance, provides wellness screenings, sells fitness memberships and facilitates fitness challenges in JA BizTown such as a bean bag toss, hula-hoop challenge, and putting challenge.  The Wellness Center employees also educate JA BizTown citizens by creating posters, flyer's, and public service announcements to promote healthy living choices.
