  • Supervises employees and oversees business operations
  • Signs all business payroll and expense checks
  • Prepares and gives speeches at Town Meetings
  • Works with employees to determine pricing of products
  • Assists with all business duties when employees are on break

CFO

  • Inputs and submits business loan to the bank
  • Inputs employee payroll information
  • Prints and distributes employee payroll checks
  • Signs payroll checks if CEO is not available
  • Pays online bills sent to business
  • Keeps all records of business expenses and payment
  • Makes business deposits to Bank

PRODUCTION ENGINEER

  • Reads and reviews descriptions of products to be produced
  • Personalizes products for customers as ordered, if applicable
  • Greets customers & assists them with sales as needed
  • Paces work to meet production goals
  • Produces quality products

SALES MANAGER

  • Works with CEO to set prices of products
  • Sets up the POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Delivers ordered items to customers, if necessary
  • Accepts payment for purchased items
  • Assists with producing retail items as needed
  • Forwards payments to CFO
